How to Apply? A Step-By-Step Process for Registration

Here is a simplified outline of the admission steps:

  • Commence the admissions process with a simple online registration. By completing an online enquiry form with all the necessary student information, your child will be considered for admission. After the academic year, grade, and term details are provided, the system generates the current admission status. If the system indicates no available seats for the requested grade, then admissions for that grade are closed.
  • Share your child's background details, passport and visa information. Additionally, provide the primary contact information of the father/mother/ local guardian. 
  • Rest assured, once you submit the form, the school will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps in the admissions process.

Submit the following documents to the school to finalise the registration:

  • Submit an attested Pass Certificate & the final result of the last grade completed (except for KG1, KG2 & Grade 1)
  • A copy of duly attested Transfer Certificate TC and the previous grade's final result for all the grades after the 31st of May
  • A copy of the attested Pass Certificate & final result of the last two grades for the admission process in Grade 11 and Grade 12
  • Student's birth certificate in English/Arabic (Two copies)
  • Immunisation Certificate (Two copies)
  • Attach a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity (3 copies)
  • Residence proof of the applicant (minimum six months validity) (three copies)
  • Add two copies of the applicant's Emirates ID card (minimum six months validity)

Admission for Grades 10 and 12 

Admissions to Secondary and Senior Schools differ slightly from the core admission process. The students have to undergo a screening test. Admissions are subject to the availability of seats in that grade. The principal has the authority to refuse admission.
