  • If the student is transferring from a school in the UAE, their medical file from the previous school is also required. 

Students applying to Grades 2 to 12, transferring within Ajman and Sharjah, have to submit the following documents:

  • Students coming from schools following other systems (apart from the British curriculum) must submit the school leaving certificate (attested by the MOE), attested report card, and SIS number
  • Students coming from schools following the British curriculum must submit the transfer certificate (attested by the MOE), attested report card, and SIS number
  • Passport with a valid residence visa (original and photocopy)
  • Photocopy of father’s passport with a valid residence visa
  • 1 passport-size photograph of the student
  • Advance of two months’ fees in cash
  • Birth certificate in English or Arabic (original and photocopy)
  • Emirates ID (original and photocopy)
  • Latest report card attested by MOE
  • Copy of vaccination card
  • If the student is transferring from a school in the UAE, their medical file from the previous school is also required. 

Students applying to Grades 2 to 12 who are transferring from outside the UAE must submit the following documents:

  • Students coming from other systems must submit an attested school leaving certificate and an attested report card
  • Students coming from the British system must submit an attested transfer certificate 
  • Passport with a valid residence visa (original and photocopy)
  • Photocopy of father’s passport with a valid residence visa
  • 1 passport-size photograph of the student
  • Advance of two months’ fees in cash
  • Birth certificate in English or Arabic (original and photocopy)
  • Emirates ID (original and photocopy)
  • Latest attested report card 
  • Copy of vaccination card

Documents that are not from the UAE can be attested by the MOE, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, or the UAE Embassy in the country.
