The school offers a 5% discount on the second child’s tuition fee and a 7% discount on the tuition fee of the third child and above. Parents need to pay the first instalment in cash by 1 August. The second and third instalments must be paid via cheque. The deadlines for these instalments are 1 December and 1 March, respectively.

TAPS provides a comprehensive transportation service covering Sharjah, Dubai, and Ajman. The school operates a fleet of well-maintained buses equipped with modern safety features. A driver and a teacher supervise each bus to ensure student safety and adherence to conduct rules. Students are expected to be punctual, as buses adhere to strict schedules and will not wait for latecomers. Specific guidelines, such as keeping arms and heads inside windows and refraining from disruptive behaviour, are enforced to maintain a safe environment.

TAPS limits the kinds of sports facilities it has, though it has a multipurpose facility that is used for most of the school's indoor sports and functions. There is a courtyard covered with canopies. When the construction of such an area within the school compound is completed, it will provide space for students to carry out various exercises and social activities.
